If you are looking to hire a lawyer... where is the first place you look?
The internet, the phone book? I'm doing a little research, so just let fly with the first thought that comes to your mind. Thanks!

47 AnswersElections1 decade agoWhy do you think Obama is so great?
He says uhhhhhhh, al lot. Gives non-answers to questions, and is also an unabashed socialist. He has less experience than 99 of his fellow Senators. Sits in a racist church for 20 years... and DOESN'T NOTICE?? He's either lying or stupid. Neither is good. I'm sorry... I don't get it.

48 AnswersElections1 decade agoWho thinks MMA and UFC is the gayiest sport ever?
Every time I try to watch a fight it always degenerates into two men rolling around on the floor in a pseudo sexual clinch. Am I the only one who sees the gayness of this sport?
4 AnswersOther - Sports1 decade agoIs it racist that the heavyweight champ is a white guy (for a while) and you don't see it on Sportscenter.
Vladimir Klitschko from Russia has been heavyweight boxing champion for years now... did anyone know this? I find it strange that I had to look this fact up because I haven't read anything about it or seen anything on television... racist..? I kind of have to think so... what do you think?
11 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoWho is the current heavyweight boxing champion of the world... any belt... WBA, WBO, etc.?

5 AnswersBoxing1 decade agoWould you sue a company over this?
I filled out an online survey for a temp-to-hire company I work with. I hadn't been very satisfied with the number of assignments I had been receiving and the lack of any attention in returning my phone calls or emails. Therefore, I didn't give them a very good rating in the survey. A week later, I get a call from one of the women who assigns me work and got ripped and chastised like a child, over the phone. I was so shocked, I didn't really know what to say, other than to apologize if I had hurt her feelings. She then tells me she's not going to assign me any more work for a while. The more I thought about it... the angrier I became. A true survey should be anonymous, not used AGAINST you in a personal way. I felt pretty violated, to say the least. Do I have grounds to sue these people?

2 AnswersDrawing & Illustration1 decade agoWhy do ad agencies only seem to want young artists?
Is mediocrity desirable? I'm an award-winning graphic artist and copywriter with tons of experience and a track record of success. Why can't I get a whiff of a job out here in Dallas?

3 AnswersOther - Advertising & Marketing1 decade agoDo Texans discriminate against non-Texans?
My family and I moved to Dallas about 5 months ago from Jackson, MS. The advertising market is booming I came to be a part of it. (I have 15 years experience) Since arriving, my wife and I have had a lot of trouble finding work. (She had to take a job as a cashier- far below her abilities) and I have had trouble even getting interviews. Also, my daughter is constantly ridiculed (even by teachers!) for being from Mississippi. I also have felt I was treated as if I were stupid during the few interviews I get. I had high hopes and was excited about moving to DFW, now I am miserable, broke and getting more bitter every day. Is there any truth to my growing feelings of resentment? I need to know.
7 AnswersOther - Cultures & Groups1 decade agoWhat would you consider an act of treason? Who would you say has committed a treasonous act?
Rules: No current Presidents, V.P.s or current Presidential candidates. (Please no knee-jerk answers like any Clinton, Rush Limbaugh, any Bushes, etc.) Thanks. I'm talking pretty much ordinary citizens.
9 AnswersLaw & Ethics1 decade agoWhat part of the constitution has Bush violated? BE SPECIFIC.?
I know the Constitution very well and try as I might, I haven't been able to find any violations. Everything he has done is covered (not specifically) in Presidential Powers in the Constitution and Amendments. Presidential powers are fairly open to interpretation (ex.: Supreme Court decisions), like other perceived or actual citizen rights and the like.
