  • First period after giving birth?

I gave birth to my little girl nearly two months ago and am exclusively breastfeeding. I just got my first period, i'm sure nothings wrong but it seems very early. Did anyone else get their first period so soon?

  • How to politely tell customers to mind their own business?

I run a shop in a small town and i'm a fairly new arrival. I'm also pregnant which causes a lot of interest. I understand that customers/neighbours are curious about me but sometimes they ask things i'd rather not discuss with strangers or be town gossip. How can i politely tell them to mind their own business without seeming offended/offensive or losing any customers?

  • Coaxing out flat nipples for breastfeeding...?

I have read that if your nipples are flat or inverted when you pinch your breast, they should be trained out with a shell thingy. However the book 'what to expect when your expecting' says to leave them alone and nearly any type of nipple is fine for the baby.

Does anyone have personal experience of this and can advise? Midwives seem to have different ideas on the subject too!
