I have just received a 10 day notice from the rental agent where I reside. She is accusing me of having various individuals in and out of my apartment and I'm disturbing the quiet peace of the community. The date in question, I was at work that evening and when I saw the agent, it was in the afternoon and she just woke me up. How can I have a notice when I was not even in attendance at my apartment. I was previously served a notice about 2 months ago for the same accusations. they said the police were called. what I did was, go to records and got a copy of the police report. the police report says when officers came to my apartment there was no noise and no one was even home, so she retracted that particular 10 days notice. but here we are again and it's getting a bit ridiculous..I was told that if I didn't move, I.will be taken to court and evicted. is this a legal process to remove me?

A friend of mine was leaving the supermarket and was approached by loss prevention. She was asked in front of a crowded storefront to remove a bottle of liquor from her bag. She was stunned by the command and when she opened her purse, there was nothing in her purse. Isnt this grounds for a suite?
