im skinny and wanting to put on more mucle and strength if i eat 3 eggs per day with milk will this help me with growing mucles fat and help my body go into shape?

the clutch broke when it was in 1st gear so i switched bike off it now wont move as its jammed in gear i cant change to nutral as the clutch broke how do i do it without clutch?
