  • why do my toes dislocate?

I train in Jui Jitsu and kickboxing, and when I'm training my toes/feet dislocate constantly.

for example, we will be wrestling on the ground, I will put pressure on my foot at various different angles I feel some discomfort, then pop, even if i have taken my foot off the ground one or more of my toes will dislocate and its very uncomfortable, its not painful but you certainly have to stop to put it back on, i just fold my toes back with my hands and they go back in place.

Its happened for a couple of years now, happens 3/4 times every training session. never happens while im doing anything else (gym, running) I eat a healthy diet with all the vitamins and minerals I need. I either want to figure out how to stop this from happening, or find a way to wrap my feet to prevent it.

  • lent money to an EX partner of mine?

Okay so when I was still in a relationship with my partner I loaned her $1800 as she was in debt and was being threatened to get taken to the bankruptcy courts.

I had just sold a car, and he had paid me in cash, she asked if she could have that money to get out of her debt so I said fine, so long as you pay it back and she said yes. I gave her the cash, a few days later I printed up a contract with an end date and the amounts and everything on it, i signed it but she refused to sign.

Now she is playing hard ball on other things so although I was going to call it a loss as to my stupidity i would like to know if there is any chance of taking her to the claims dispute.

issues are, I have no paper trail of the money changing hands, even if they checked her loan they would see the money going in, she could deny and say it was a gift and not a loan.

    anyone think its worth pursing?
