I am 18 and my fiancé is 21. All of his family and my family all know that we are engaged. Can we live together even though we are not yet officially married?

I was tested for an ovarian cyst about a month ago and the doctor said they didn't find anything wrong . Now I am sexual active and my period is 10 days late , I am.having many pregnancy symptoms such as tender breast ,constipated sometimes , very tired , wake up in middle of night , I hate water but I've been craving it , I'm very Moody I have menstrual like cramps and my back and legs hurt , could I be pregnant or could it also be a cyst ?

im 15 years old and i have been having headaches for the past 6 years straight non stop ive been seeing a neurologist but they haven't found anything wrong with me ive also had an MRI and they have me on medication that i have to take every night and that worked for a while and then stopped and i don't think i should have to live threw this my whole life so can someone PLEASE help me if you have any questions please ask.
