Recently I've decided to not eat every single thing I see. I'm rather petite, but I do have a little belly that I want lose. I've always been the one who's known to eat everything in sight and everyone thinks its hilarious because I'm so tiny. But I've always just had a little bit of fat that I did not like. Even growing up. It's not much at all so I figure it can't be that hard to lose. I'll get random inspirations to start working out and eating healthy but I quit before I even start. But this is the first time I've actually stayed with it. It's only been three days, but it's three days I've never kept up with. So, I started eating breakfast like just a banana and yogurt. & then for lunch I have some wheat thins, fruit, yogurt a flour tortilla with lite mayonnaise and turkey, and water. & for dinner I've just been making myself a tomato sandwhich. I've only been doing this for about three days & I know I need to get used to eating healthy but do you guys have any tips on how to eat healthy and workout without being so miserable? All I've been thinking about are the cookies in my cabinet and the ice cream in the freezer. I sound obese. lol, But I'm not. I'm just not used to trying to eat healthy. Maybe you know of recipes that are portion controlled yet fills you up? Or if you have any tips on how I can stick this out. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you in advance(:

My mom & I are really close. & she always read me the book "Guess How Much I Love You?" Everyone knows the saying, 'I love you up to the moon and back' Well, her & I always say that to eachother. So, I wanted to tattoo 'Up to the moon & back Love, Mom' somewhere. Should I include a moon with it with a heart in the middle? It's going to be a small tattoo & it will be in her handwriting. Should I put it on my rib cage or my shoulder blade?

I've heard so many things about this place. But I have a few questions. Is the haunted house only open during the month of October, or is it an all year thing? Because my friends & I don't come home for college until November & we'd have to go sometime then. Would it be open still? & also is it true that you get your money back if you make it to all five levels? I also heard that after the fourth level or something, the actors can start touching you. Is this true? & if it is, to what extent?

There's just so much on my mind right now about the future. I got my SAT scores back today & I got a 1540. Not the score I wanted, but the first time taking it stressed me out so bad I don't wanna go through that again. I don't know what I want to do with my life & its really scaring me. Like, sometimes i just feel like I'm not as smart as other people. All of my friends are in AP classes and are top ten in the class & here's me who has never had an honors class or anything. I got fired from my first job a while back for not being assertive enough. Which I guess I understand because I'm a little shy. But its a little hard to be confident when everyday my boss would tell me, oh you did better today but not as good as her. I mean, I only worked there for three days. It just totally dropped my confidence and now I'm afraid to get a job again. I recently found that I have an interest in helping homeless people. I'm thinking about starting a club at my school for it and spreading the word about fundraisers so I can donate the money to charities and shelters. But I don't know how to go about anything. I'm really sorry this is all over the place, I just feel like I have no one to relate to because all my friends seem to have it all figured out. So, the girl I babysit has a fever & is complaining of her leg hurting so bad she can't even walk. It hurts from her kneee to her hip and her knee is swollen..Is there anything that goes hand in hand that I need to be worried about?
