Why does my throat hurt?
Ok,my throat has been hurting for the past 3-4 days, i have had a high fever, weakness, fatigue, and obviously my throat hurts. i have tried gargling salt water. but nothing has worked. any answers?

i have been sick for the pasts few days and i am just getting over it, but i've been having really bad pains swallowing. i have already looked up symptoms (idk how its spelled) and i have, sore throat (obviously) a fever above 101 degrees, and i've been tired and all around week for 2 days.
