Me and this girl really like eachother, but school is out for the summer on friday and her parents wont let her date so if we did date we wouldnt be able to see eachother all summer. but i really cant wait until next school year. we really like eachother. is there any possible way we can date and still see eachother??

i pulled a muscle about 1 week and a half ago and the pain is almost completely gone but i was wondering if i should still keep heating and icing it

I pulled my glute about 1 week ago, and i JUST re-pulled it AND my hamstring yesterday. i need this healed in 4 days. any ideas besides ice and heat? And can i use dry heat, like a heat pad??
