What are they? Where do you find them? Why are they so important in understanding of history?

This is a fairly old Sanyo TV. I have a Wii, a SNES, and a PS2 plugged into it. The speakers in it a unsatisfactory, so I want to get some newer and bigger speakers.

On the back of the TV there are two Red and White jacks that say Audio Output. What type of speaker hooks up to these? I need a specific name.

My dad has this error with his Virtual Coach program. I have no idea how to fix it.

I don't need anything fancy. Just something that I can check my email will, write documents, and research the Internet on. I am in Highschool now and I need to use our family computer a lot and I have to hog it all the time and it frustrates everyone when they have stuff to do on it as well. My maximum price range is $300.

I have an 8-10 year old OptiPlex GX50 model by Dell Corp. It works good for school and all that stuff but I also want to be able to play as many of the newer games as I can. I can go to SystemRequirementsLab.com and run to see if I can play a game and everything is compatible except for my Video Card and sometimes the CPU. I have 996.0 MHz, 512 MB, Windows XP Home, Intel(R) 82810 Graphics Controller (Microsoft Corporation) (Intel(R) 82810) (it has everything except Transform and Lighting), 32 MB Video RAM, Direct X 9.0, SAMSUNG CD-ROM SN-124 (I don't know the speed but it is more then 8x).

Can I put a new motherboard in here and that might up the CPU speed and make it more compatible with video cards, more RAM, sound cards, etc...

I don't even know if it will accept a newer motherboard. I don't even know what motherboard I have in it.

The Video Card program said I had PCI interface

I want to PreOrder COD5 for the Wii. I just looked it up and it includes a Wii Zapper Functionality. It does not say whether it will be required or not. I really don't want to spend $70 but I guess I will if I have to. Also I want to know if the original GC controller will work with it to. I am really excited about this game. What are the chances of it being rated T or M?

My little brother dropped his Nintendo DS Lite in a swimming pool and it was in there for a couple seconds. We let it dry out and it turns on but the 2 screens don't. I think he might have shorted the screens by turning the power on with wet LCD's. Should we just see if waiting longer will turn it on or should we take it to a repair center to see if they can fix the screens or put in new ones. Does anyone know how much 2 new screens would cost?

I love the Apple Keyboard but I don't have a Mac and don't really want to buy one right now...or for a while. Does anyone know where I can get an Apple Keyboard that a Windows Computer (I have a Dell) will recognize and be able to use as a Keyboard, probably USB would be best unless it has a PS/2 interface.

This is a question that teachers / former teachers will be able to answer the best. I am the Assistant Senior Patrol Leader in Boy Scouts, and when I am giving a lecture during Skills Learning, there is a group of kids who do not shut up. When one is talking, I will tell him to be quite, and the immediate response is, "I wasn't talking!", when they clearly were. Then the kid next to him says, "Yeah, he wasn't talking." Here is an example of what happened last week.

Kid 1 (to Kid 2): Blah blah blah blah is retarded blah stupid

Kid 2: Yeah blah blah I blah agree blah stupid blah fat

Kid 1: Blah blah blah annoying blah no one --

Me: Kid 2 be quite

Kid 2: I wasn't talking

Me: Yes you were I sat here and watched you

Kid 1: Yeah he wasn't talking.

See?? When Kid 1 was talking, I told Kid 2 to shut up so Kid 2 claims he wasn't when he was 4 seconds ago! I hope you understand my frustration here.

My hard drives are Maxtor brand and my computers are old with original hard drives. Maxtor used aluminum tape to hold the bearings together and once the hard drives get old the tape comes off and the hard drive is destroyed. 3 of my hard drives have been killed. This is my final one. How do I back up ALL of the data WITH the operating system. I cannot find my Product Key for Windows XP anymore and if this one dies (its near the end of its life) I may have to pay $100s for a new key. So once this one is killed, is there a way it can all be transfered over to a new hard drive with the OS?

My friend Jeremiah won't talk to me anymore. He just acts like I'm not there. We've been friends for about 2 years now. Last weekend he stayed over at my house and then the next couple of days he ignores me, but he laughs and talks with everyone else. When I ask him whats the matter, he just shrugs and walks on. Today I sat next to him, and he just got up and left. It's making me really sad because I have no idea what I might have done. I have been thinking back, and I don't think I did anything. He is really sensitive too.

On AVG Anti-Spyware Free Edition, when I first downloaded it, the resident shield worked. Now it doesn't work, but it does on my other computers. On mine, it says Resident Shield not available in free edition.

I heard that this one French guy tried committing suicide by drinking poison, tying his neck around a tree, holding a gun to his neck and jumping off a cliff. It was said that he shot and missed and hit the rope keeping him from being hung. Then he fell to the bottom, threw up the poison and lived.

I have seen these soccer balls that have some type of stretch cloth on the outside and black rubber on the inside. They aren't really regulation soccer balls. They don't hurt when you get hit with them and they are really easy to kick far. The work good for indoors because they don't dent things. They are really bouncy too. You could play basketball with them. Extremely light-weight. They come in 2 colors. A main color, and a secondary which only some of the little patches are that color. The first way for me to explain is I think it has the word 'soft' on it.

I have nice wood furnishings in my home, but no coasters to protect them from water condensation from water bottles. It's raining to hard to go out and buy coasters, so I was wondering what you might use as a makeshift coaster. I don't really want to use a dinner plate or anything like that. Something small that will keep the water bottle "sweat" from damaging my desk.

Have you received a notice or anything for using LimeWire from your ISP?

I got a notice for illegal activity being used on my modem. BitTorrent of course. Some how Bee Movie was being uploaded. I still would like to use LimeWire. Can they detect things being downloaded to my computer? I have InsightBB Highspeed Broadband. Do you think there is a chance they may be monitoring my modem?
