can the CSA still take money for a child who around 25 years of age and working, and can they seize a pension?
they have threatened to seize a persons pension, and continue to forc him to pay for a child since aroung 1987 - he is now about 25 - 26. isnt there an abuse of process, breaches of articles of the human rights act (convention rights?) and at worst a possible harrasment etc?
