My unit is in the process of kicking people out for loads of things, one of them is starting to be PT failures. If I get kicked out, will it be an honorable, or other than honorable discharge? I'm in the Guard, and I've attended every drill and done everything that's ever been asked of me. I only have had "good" years (completed all my required MUTAs and ATs). What do you all think?

My neighbor and I share one driveway, but live in separate houses on each side of the driveway. Each trash day we each bring down our bins. Sometimes he leaves his there the next day, sometimes I do too.

I like to bring it up for him if I'm bringing mine up as well, and sometimes I like to bring his up if I just happen to be at the end of the drive since I park in the street sometimes.

My husband says that it might be construed that I'm coming off as saying "bring your damn trash up already" if I bring it up for him. While I can see that bringing both of ours up at the same time should be ok, do you think it would be rude if someone else brought up your trash bin to the house the day after garbage day? Would you be offended or grateful?

I've been trying to join Xbox live for a week now, and every time I put in my details I get to the final screen and it says "Xbox live is currently unavailable, try again later." My network is fine, everything's plugged in, etc.

1. Why don't they query that FIRST before I have to put in all my info every time?

2. Has it been down for a while? Any idea when it's coming back up?
