We don't know if she's grown or not, maybe she's just barely grown. I'm going to assume she can't feed herself or fly. I could be wrong. Her damaged tailfeathers and injured eye mark her for imminent doom if she's left outside (unless she's really lucky.) She is wild and keeping her as a pet is not an option.

I want to know what I should feed her and what mode of action to take that would help her live or be safest for her while she recovers.

I'm not going to kill her or feed her to our cats, so if that answer pops into your head, you had better not suggest it to me.

What foods would you say are distinctly New Orleanian? If you wanted a friend to 'eat local' or have a meal that best represented cuisine from New Orleans, what (not where) would you suggest they eat? I looked up New Orleans food online, but it didn't give me a good idea of what locals consider 'normal' or 'traditional' food. I got an e-mail with a picture of Obama, Clinton,and some other big shots standing in a row, with everyone's hand over their heart except Obama. They said Obama refused to salute the flag or say the pledge. I think the picture was doctored or taken out of context. I mean, what kind of an IDIOT would run for president and not salute the flag?

How many visits did you get this Halloween 2007? Our house had 3 knocks-three groups of trick-or-treaters. What CITY and STATE do you live in, and approximately how many visitors did you get? I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. Why did no one come? We've had plenty of visitors before, and the weather is really nice.

NOT the hard candy type, but the soft, sweet, melt in your mouth type. My teacher gave me a taste of his mother's homemade mints, and they were like little globs of play-doh, they weren't liquidy and molded easily in your hand. They were amazing!
