  • what can I do if I miss my court date for a traffic offense?

    I am a foreign national and am due to leave the country soon, if I cannot make my court date what can I do about it? I am unable to pay right now and may or may not return to the country in a year or so. is there anything I can do now, and if not, what can I do if/when I return so that I don't get arrested for not having the money right now to pay for it?
