The dates on my lease SHOULD read January 15, 2013-January 15, 2014.... but the end date reads January 15, 2012! Is this grounds to break our lease? We hate it here already! It's a big company and they seem strict on breaking leases, but this seems to be an out.. what do you guys think?

I just found out that I'm about 5 weeks pregnant or so(first Dr. appt is next week) and my job is very physically demanding. It requires constant running around in a retail atmosphere, and lifting boxes up to 70 lbs! I know this will not be possible much longer, but I am not looking forward to telling my boss. My boss is not a big fan of pregnant women and/or babies, as she has never been pregnant herself. While I know I have a while before I show, I feel pressured to tell my manager so that it's known why I'm unable to do certain things or work at the pace I always have.

I'm also up for a huge promotion this fall. I know that disclosing my new addition could knock me out of the running for it. I wondered if anyone knew anything about the Human Resources aspect of my situation? What are my rights and am I protected? I am so nervous that my job cannot even be done during a pregnancy, and worry because this is when I will need the income the most.

Any tips/help would be appreciated!

I started taking 50 mg a day of Zoloft 3 weeks ago exactly for my anxiety, and I just can't get over how tired I've been. I guess I'm not entirely sure if the two are related. I go back to the doctor Thursday, but my whole world has turned upside down so 3 days actually seems like forever. I have been sleeping from about 10 at night until 9 in the morning, and then around 11 I have been falling asleep until sometimes 7 at night.. and then I go to bed at 10 again! I don't think it's mono or anything like that I have no symptoms of being sick. The other side effects I got from zoloft like nausea went away a little over a week ago.. has anybody else had this crazy amount of fatigue?

I live in the U.S. and today I found a kitten on petfinder that I would really like to adopt, but it's in Canada. I have no problems with the traveling, but I can't seem to find definite rules on this. The kitten is only 8 weeks old, I keep finding rules about cats 3 months & older but nothing else. Who could I contact about this? I need to act soon as this kitten is way too cute, he will be gone soon!

If I had to guess I would say that the Facebook Application scam "Photos of You" gave me a virus called Antivirus Live. I got instrictions on how to kill it and downloaded the anti-malware, but everytime I run the scan(which takes a while) my computer shuts off. I am able to use it in Safe Mode with networking luckily, but it hasn't stayed on for longer than maybe 30 minutes since I got the virus a couple days ago. I really don't have the money to take it to a shop right now, does anybody have any ideas?? Thanks

I take two 150 mg of Wellbutrin a day. It says I'm not supposed to drink with it on the bottle. I'm going to a halloween party on Friday and I want to drink, should I not take my pills that day? Should I only take the morning pill? I want to go out and have fun, but I don't want to be a complete drag the entire day because I didn't take my happy pills! Does anyone have a solution?!

I go to a community college, and for the past few years I've been a full time student. I know that for an EFC of zero, all full time students recieve about $2,500. I was wondering if anyone had an idea of the difference between full and part time refunds? I'm trying to estimate the amount, but I'm a few weeks from getting mine. Thanks!

I e-filed with turbo tax for the first time this year. I'm only 20 years old, I am a dependent living with my parents. I only made a few thousand last year, this should be really simple. They've just been rejected for the THIRD time and it isn't telling me what's wrong. I'm getting really frustrated, and the help lines are the opposite of helpful. I was getting 600 back, then the second time it dropped all the way down to 200 for federal, am i seriously going to have to spend just as much money going to H&R block!? Help me please!

My family has been seriously thinking about moving to the Bay Area in as soon as a few months. I have been nonstop researching the area. I am from Cleveland, OH, and feel like I'm basically moving to a new country. I was just wondering if anyone had useful information. I want to know anything and everything about what I'm getting myself into. I have been there a couple times for vacation and on road trips, but didn't do much outside of the city. We haven't picked a neighborhood, hopefully going out to visit in the next few weeks, but probably not moving closer than 30 minutes to the city. Any info is appreciated, thanks!

My 3 year old golden has been acting unusually needy. He's always been extra cuddly but he literally won't let me do anything but pet him - I had to shut him out of my room just to type this! When I got home from work a little bit ago I noticed the skin around his eyes(usually pink) is suddenly very black! I know their noses change with the season or periodically but I'm not sure about eyes, it's really scary he looks so sick. Then when he laid down I noticed he had a wound on his leg about the width of a pop can. It's green so I put some hydrogen peroxide on it. A few days ago his brother had a small wound the size of a dime on his face. They've always been pretty rough so I brushed it off as a battle wound. Now I'm terrified because I'm convinced there's some type of cabin fever infecting my back yard. He looks so sad and sick it's really freaking me out. Does anyone have any ideas?

I tried to google some answers and some of them said this is cause by the battery dying, which mine did, but I have since fully charged the batteries. I have a Sanyo. I tried to 'zoom out' but it says it is zoomed out. I have the manufacturers information at school, but I'd really like to resolve this quickly. Any help?

My mom used to make this as a side and it was soo good. She tried to make it about a month ago and something wasn't right. Of course we can't find the recipe, and there are way too many velveeta recipes online to go through. Does anyone know what it is? We really thought those were the only 3 ingredients, maybe not. Maybe they are and we had the proportions off. Help! It's so good!

I've been in a lot of pain lately while I'm waiting to get my root canal. Today my dentist gave me tylenol 3 with codeine. He said I could take 2 pills every 4-6 hours. It isn't helping me with the pain at all. Can anyone help? It's the worst pain I have ever experienced. Why isn't it helping!?

Yesterday I was yawning a lot, and I noticed it hurt the lower right side of my neck. The painly slowly progressed into the upper right side of my back, so I googled it. Nobody seemed to be too worried about it, so I tried to forget about it. It quickly got worse before I went to bed. It hurt me to take normal breaths. When I woke up today I just laid there and cried for about 30 minutes. This is the scariest feeling I've had in my life. Even breathing in just a little it feels like my lungs are fighting against me, it isn't like a pneumonia feeling its like the muscles in my body. Almost like I've been severely beated on my neck, back, and chest.

I am going to the clinic in a few hours, but can anybody tell me what this is? The answers I found yesterday all said pinched nerves and pulled muscles, I do not think so in this case.

My friend and I are leaving at 5 a.m. tomorrow for vacation. She just told me last night that her state I.D. has expired. I've looked online and it says you don't HAVE to have one they just prefer it, and that they might not even check. I'm not willing to be that risky! Does anyone have an answer?? I'm not sure if she has time to renew it today.

It still plays DVD's, CD's, and all my other playstation 1 & 2 games. The only games that won't play are the DDR games. I thought my games might've been too scratched, but I bought a new one and it still won't play. It just says no available data, as if there's no disc. help??
