I went yesterday for my 30 week check-up and everything looked great. My doctor told me that I have to start seeing him once a week and he is going to request an ultrasound every other week. Has anyones doctor done this before?

For my son's first birthday we had the cake, family, friends, space-walk (my friend owns one) with hot dogs, chili and chips to snack on. It was nice and I am starting to plan his 2nd since I will have twin girls who are about 1 or 1-1/2 months old at this time. My husband wants to scale it back a little since we will have newborns, but I not wanting to hear it. I don't think it will be fair to him. What do you think? It is not about the presents or anything because he is 19-months old (20-months on the 27th) and there are still things in the closet that I haven't taken out the box. I am currently 24 weeks pregnant with twin girls and looking for opinions on the names we have narrowed it down to. My husband and I have decided that Baby A will be Juliana Catherine. We are still undecided with Baby B. We both like the names Jillian Caroline and Jasmine Caroline but not really sure which one to go with or also open to think of other names. We have a 19-month old son, John Michael and would like a name that would flow with his name as well. We are sticking with the 'J' names and do not like Jessica, Jamie or January due to past relationships. Also, I do not like Josephine or Jacqueline. Thanks in advance for your input.

I am 21 weeks pregnant with twins and I am feeling pressure down there when I am sitting for too long. Is this normal? I have a doctor's appointment next week but wondering if I should call them. I had pre-term labor with my son and it felt nothing like this so I really don't think it is pre-term labor.

It is confirmed that we are having twin girls. Well, I only have one name picked out as a definite, but can't seem to decide for a name for Baby #2. The name Juliana will be for Baby #1. The middle names I am planning to use is either Catherine or Caroline. Which ever middle name I use for Juliana, I will use the other for Baby #2. I am looking for a name that will flow with Juliana and John Michael (my 18-month old) and begin with the letter 'J'. Our surname is Savoie.

The boys will have the same middle name because that is my husband's middle name and he asked if his boys could carry his middle name. Also, I have an 18-month old named John Michael. We call him 'John Michael' instead of John.

I am having twins and having a 16-week ultrasound today. Is there a possibility that I can find out the sex today?

I am 15 weeks pregnant with twins and I have a very sharp pain in my left side. It is so strong that it takes my breath away. I really feels like a bad cramp. What could be causing this?

They were laying tile here today at work and the glue smell was really strong. I went outside to get some fresh air but now I am having pains in my lower region (normally where you would get period cramps). Is this okay or could something be wrong since I was smelling this glue? I am 14 weeks 2 days with Twins.

I am 14 weeks and 2 days pregnant with twins. I am very small. 5'4 and 103lbs. I have only gained 2 lbs. since I found out I was pregnant at 5 weeks. I have been eating at least 2300 calories a day and drinking tons of water. Is this normal? I am always worried that something is wrong with the babies since I am not gaining any weight. I started wearing maternity jeans at about 10 weeks because my normal jeans were just getting uncomfortable. I do have a pooch and look like I am pregnant, but I don't know where the weight is coming from because everytime I weigh myself, there is no weight gain. Thanks!!

I am expecting twins in February and would really like to breastfeed my babies. I have a 17-month old that I chose not to breastfeed. I was wrapped really early and I never got engorged so I am thinking that I never got any milk. Is that because I was wrapped so early or if there may be an issue. Also, if it is possible for me to breastfeed, I am going to pump exclusively. Has anyone ever pumped exclusively? Any pointers/tips and suggestions for a breast pump. Thanks!

I am 13 weeks and 4 days pregnant with twins and I noticed that I am having more discharge than usual. There is no odor or color but I am just wondering if this is normal or should I call my doctor?

I have heard of families that are having multiples getting free gifts from companies such as diapers, baby food and coupons. I am having twins and I would like to find some information on this topic. Is there a web site that provides a list of companies? I am currently working full-time and make $45k/year but after the babies are born, I will stay home because I will have three children under the age of two and daycare will cost me about $1500/month since I do not have any family that is able to help care for my babies.
