I applied for this position on February 25th 2009. Technically it is in the same department as I work now, however, this would be considered a non-civilian position. I have done everything that is asked of me and have 2 good recommendations from my superiors. They have not told me anything for almost 2 months except that I'm in the running still. Well, tonight I looked at the Employment site and they have another posting for the same thing that I applied for. I clicked to apply for the position and it states that I already applied for this Requisition Number. So I get to investigating this and the Posting is for the EXACT SAME POSITION THAT I APPLIED FOR!

Why would they say that I'm still in the running and start taking applications for the same posting again?? And I don't understand why I can't be hired already! I'm so ready for this position, and I think that if I can go over there and fill in for them when they are short staffed, I should be qualified... right??

This person is quite a few years older than me, and is married. He did help me out when I was having money problems, but I only like him as a friend... but he won't understand if I tell him this...he will not speak to me and he will be hurt... what should I do??

I've told her "no", spanked her, and she laughs. I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm about to the end of my rope. And NO I WILL NOT BITE HER BACK!
