I'm 28, live in the Tampa Bay area, and I'm a commercial insurance account executive. I started fiddling with computers in a more extensive sense just a few years ago. Now it has become a big hobby to help my friends with computer issues (which turned in to a sort of GeekSquad-esque side job) and get to the more nitty gritty of computing, albeit slowly. I also like to fix up old/broken computers and give them to people who just can't afford one. I got on Yahoo!® Answers one day because I had a complicated computer issue I needed help with. I looked around at some of the other questions being asked and was less than impressed by some of the answers (one-liners with no punctuation), when it dawned on me that I may know a bit more than I give myself credit for, and could be contributing here and helping people.
