  • Should I ask for a second earn piercing?

    I'm turning 14 next week and I'm going into year ten of high school in a couple of months (I live in Australia) which is equivalent to Sophomore year. I got my forst ar piercing set done when I was 7. When I was 7 my mum said I could get my second set don when I turned 13. Should I ask for this as part of my Christmas present?   • How to make money over the summer? Any suggestions?

    I just turned 14 and I live in South Australia. I'm old enough to apply for a job a McDonald's, Hungry Jack's etc but not supermarkets. I could help out around the house but I already get $5 a week in pocket money so I would feel bad pestering my parents for cash. I don't want to do anything that involves looking after kids or animals. I would like to make some cash to put away for when I finish school as well as to buy presents for my friends. Answers appreciated.

  • How much do you think my parents will spend on me this Christmas?

    Last year they spent about $150. We haven't come accross any financial issues since and we are secure with money but not rich. I am an only child. I got good grades this year (better than last year especially when considering I have far much more homework) and I behave well and help out around the house.
