I would like to know why the media, comedians, people I know and people I don't know constantly refer to our president by his last name only? Many of our previous presidents are still referred to as President so and so or former President so and so and yet our President doesn't seem to get the same amount of respect.

My brother lives in a house that was left to the both of us and I wondered if by living there he is marking this as his property by any homesteading laws that there may be in NH. It was left in trust for both of us so I'm assuming that I still have rights to the property even though I don't live there. The property has great sentimental value as well as real estate value and I want to continue to use the property as a family gathering spot for years to come so I'd like to know that my brother can't just sell the property without my knowing just because he is living there.

I need to get a copy of a birth certificate from Indonesia birth before 1921.

I may need a copy of my father's birth certificate. He was an American citizen born in Dutch Indonesia in 1920. The city was Semarang. I don't speak the language so I don't know where to start. I'm not even sure that records will exist since the tsunami.

My brother and I were named as beneficiaries of a brokerage account my father had and he would like to take a check from it. I would like to leave my portion as is, what will he need to do?

We are going on a 14 day tour Oct. 10 thru the 26 starting in Rome and going to the north as far as Venice then down to Greece and back to Rome. Should we be dressing for fall or spring? Coats and long pants or short sleeves and skirts?
