Got a ticket for carpool lane violation. What should I do?
There were 2 people in my car including me instead of the required 3 for the carpool lane. This was on the bay bridge. I was not trying to beat the lines on the bay bridge (I had a fast-track RF ID too). This was the first time I had driven on bay bridge from oakland to san francisco and I did not know that the bay bridge carpool lane requires 3 people (carpool lanes require 2 people in all the major freeways in the bay area). Now I got a ticket for $391. How can I beat it?
