Just recently my HP 6600 All in one printer started to print very very slow. It took 1/2 hr to print 3 pages. Does very very little space (about 873) Does that have anything to do with it. I have Windows XP and Internet Explore 8.

when I open my applications/programs in a window they are too big. I used to be able to open several windows on my screen while I worked,I have my window I was working in and the others had information I needed to work, so I did not have to min/max all the time. Now the application inside the window cannot be made small enough to see what I used to see w/o scrolling back and forth /up and down to see it , it takes up the whole screen for one app. It is not the resolution I checked that in Display, it is not zoomed in or out, that shows 100% in bottom right of my screen. I have no idea how this changed and it makes working so much for time consuming. I have XP and Int 8

If I try to reply to an email I get the message -Yahoo found orig message but is having trouble displaying it, please try again later. If I start a fresh new email I do first letter of a contacts name which usually prefills but this time it only prefills part of it. And/or if I do get the contact in the to box the send box is grayed out and if you hover over it is says -send this email (ctrl +enter) Send this message and keep exisiting draft (shift click) if I do the first one (ctrl enter) it enters the full address that was not printing in full before but then when I hit send it says enter full email address.

I have had a best friend for over 35 yrs and I helped raise her kids, go out of the way to help them with anything they need and when my mother died I didn't get a card, call, email or anything from the kids, who call me Aunt. It really has hurt my feelings very deeply and it is affecting my relationship with my best friend. I feel if I tell her how hurt I am she will get mad and/or the girls will get mad but I cannot seem to get over it. Would you say something and how would you do it. How would you respond if they got mad back at me. It makes me feel like I have been used in the past, as if they want me there when it benefits them but are not there for me. It actually came as a shock that it played out this way. (they both knew and have had opportunities to say something to me but have now, even when the subject was brought up)

He thinks my mother/his wife is his mother and he keeps asking where his wife is and he is very worried that she has not been around for over a week. I know they say you are not to correct them but he is getting very very worried. For those with Alzheimers experience please help. This is a horrible disease.

I love Texas Roadhouse Caesar Salad dressing and found a recipe that is suppose to taste like it but it calls for sweet and sour dressing. What is that, does anyone have a recipe for that?

By this I can understand I have a least one 8 hr day off but then how do I calculate what .27 means, or one time the put 0.18, that does not mean 27 minutes or 18 minutes .

Downloading from Java.com and it goes thru the motions and ends with Java enabled, you may test your system. When I test the system, applets do not show up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled about 6 times all the same. It shows Java is on my system. I have used the java site to trouble shoot various ways...going into properties, settings etc etc etc...I tried so many things that seems like it would fix the problem but I still do not get the applets...HELP I start a new job in a day and I need my system correct with Java.

It said we needed to reinstall Microsoft with the CD we got when we purchased. We did not get one, Microsoft was already loaded. Anyway - the real problem is....my husband did an F10 and now we have lost ALL documents and spreadsheets, outlook contacts is there anyway to get these back??? Help please!!!

About the most pretax she will make this year is about 3800, most likely it will be closer to 2500. Should she file dependents? How many? The married -2 work is confusing as my father does not work. Can anyone help and explain your best answer. (they did take out fed. taxes but no state on this paycheck)

It played at the beginning as she was walking into her apartment and I think they played it a few more time throughout the show.

Example, each couple that we go out with orders appetizers with their dinners and always passes them around the table to share. The problem is they order nachos or onion strings (those large platter appetizers which feed several and then some) we love crab cakes and if you get 2 crabcakes in an appetizer order your lucky. So to share those means we get a "bite" of a crabcake and spent 10 dollars on two bites. Even if we ordered something special like stuffed mushrooms, they may only come with 6 mushrooms. We can eat them all, or again, we get a bite and pay a lot of money for a bite. What can we do to not look selfish and share. If we ordered a big platter of food we would certainly not mind sharing because it would be more than we could eat, but to share a small appetizer and pay that kind of money to get a bite is crazy. What would you do or say

I am at a loss, I will try to make this short. My dad suddenly after being in hospital for hip replacement surgery (which I do not think has a thing to do with this but...) started to get nausea after he ate. At that time he was hardly eating a thing...honestly, like 5 grapes at a meal and felt sick. Or a piece of meat and felt sick. Not eating large amounts. Most times he had nothing to throw up. This went on for 2 weeks at the hospital, finally they did a test and said he had galls stones and one was blocking a bile duct. They put in a stent. But were still planning to take out the gall bladder 2 days later. So, now gall bladder out, home a week back for a check up ..they mentioned th stent they put in his pancreas (we did not know about this) we only knew about gall bladder had not dissolved. They said in a week probably come back for test to see if is it gone. In the meantime, he got sick again and went to emergency it was so bad. They gave me nausea medicine, kept him over night and he went home fine. Another week goes by..did really well. Did not have to take the nausea meds but one time for minor nausea one day. Today, get a call he is awful and going back to hospital. ANY ideas what the heck is wrong. They cannot just keep sending him home with nausea meds. that just masked a problem that needs to be fixed. p.s. by the way, he eats much better now, a pretty balanced small diet. Help please..sorry so long. (p.s. he is also a 16 yr heart transplant patient survivor - has had no problems in 16 yrs, prostate cancer survivor, asthma patient - for a little history and 77 yrs old- takes heart meds for rejection and pain pills for back issues.)

The way it was explained to me was the Electoral college decides who is president by their votes. So if the regular voting population votes 90% for Pres. A and 10% for Pres. B you would think Pres. A wins. But if the Electoral College votes in favor of Pres. B then Pres. B wins. So then why exactly do my vote count?

We are having a dinner at a restaurant for our work (12 employees) what can we do to make it unique. We were thinking of a wine tasting with dinner. Can you think of any other fun ideas that you can do at a restaurant for our Christmas party.

If I cannot pay the min. payment on credit cards or utilities but I do make an effort and make a payment every month can I be taken to court. I realize my good credit will go down hill but I need to do whatever I can to keep my home and work thru this time.

I have always CC or BCC my business emails back to myself for a copy and do not understand why today they are going to my spam mailbox instead of my in box.
