Bry“The Freck”Young

So I just recently about a month ago started talking talking to this guy and we've talked before a while ago and he was best friends with my brother and my brother didn't like that we were talking so I kind of dropped him .. But now we are talking again and at first we talked all the time and I went to a concert (which is the day I started talking to him) and he was there and wanted me to come to where he was in the crowd so I did and long story short he held my hand and kissed me and I've been to his house a couple times and spent several hours there and everything is perfect and he acts soo into me and kisses me and plays around with me .. And the last time I was there he gave me his tshirt :) but here lately he hasn't been saying much (over texting) sometimes he will take hours to text back and then I will call him and he says that his phone has been messing up and he reassures me that it's not like he doesn't want to talk to me .. And we will talk on the phone a little bit .. But today when I called him he said he would call me back when he got in the house and he never did .. He also has been sleeping a lot he told me because of his anxiety .. So what does this mean?!?

So I was at a track meet and I met this guy and he was so cute and he thought the same about me.. He was from a different school track team and he wanted me and my other two friends to hang out at their tent .. So we did and one of my friends found a guy and the other girl was just awkwardly there .. Well this guy seemed like he was into me he wanted me to lay on him he held my hand and all this stuff ..his friend told me to text him so I did .. And he acts like he doesn't want to talk to me ... What does this mean?
