I applied for a US passport and provided all of the required information. They then later contacted me and stated the information was not sufficient and wanted me to provide 5 specific documents that were 5 years or older. I am only 23 so the information they were requesting was before I was 18. They wanted things like dental and immunization medical records, high school yearbook photo's, social security cards, drivers license, and tax information. Even though I was willing to comply the information that I did have tax information, drivers license, social security card, were all less than 5 years of age. I don't have copies of immunization records as the paper has deteriorated and the hospital that performed them closed and unable to locate my information. I also never went to a dentist until I got coverage when I started working. Also when I visited the schools I found that they do not keep copies of the yearbooks after 4 years. So I submitted what I had and was denied a passport despite being born and raised in this nation, despite attending a state university on the tax payers dime, despite being the son of a disabled veteran with 28 years of service. Their stated reason was lack of information to confirm citizenship and stating I would not be refunded the fees, and would have to re-apply. This just seems like a scam. I'm not sure what to do because now that I am recently unemployed I can't repay the fee. Is there any way to challenge this in court(would I need a lawyer or could I challenge it myself)? Or is there an appeals process?

Alright I was cited at my school for parking in a visitor spot several months ago for not having a permit. I did purchase a permit but the cop did not see it. He wrote down the wrong license plate number so I never received a citation for it. After waiting a month for the citation I threw away the permit. Now four months later I have received a ticket for this violation, but without the permit I can not demonstrate proof that I actually purchased the permit. Do I stand any ground on challenging this citation? If so how should I go about it? Lastly if not what stops them from issuing frivolous tickets for past dates?

So here's the deal. Im in contact with several girls who apear to be interested. They text me randomly, and they always call/text back and we will flirt with eachother. The problem is that I can't seem to escalate the relationship. Ill call them up and tell them that im going out on friday/sat and that they should join me. They will then typically respond with ohh I already made plans,or I dont have any money. I figure that if they were interested in me they would make an effort to meet me halfway and I dont want to be a chode paying for dinner on the first date(she should want to hang out with me anyways). Worse yet are the girls who agree and then comes the day have an excuse like "im sick, or my uncle died(I had two girls give me that one on the same weekend), or I fell asleep". Ill text them back like "no problem I went out with my boys" or try to play it off. They will then text me back a week later with something flirtatious and the cycle will continue. I feel that maybee I'm asking them out on the wrong days(I tend to go out alot on friday and sat myself which is why I invite them out too) or they are all like using me as some sort of holla back boy.

I tried to integrate by parts, but my teacher wrote that I should have used a rule of integration to awnser this. Im not sure what I need to do to get this into a form where I can use an integration rule to solve this.

Ive tried this a few times but keep getting a constant over infinity. I know the awnser is e^0=1 but I am not sure how to get there. Below is what I did.

Lim X>inf. (e^x+1)^2/x = Infinity^0 Take the Natural log of the function.

ln(Y)=2ln(e^x+1)/x L'hopital's rule

2(e^x)/(e^x+1) = Inf./inf. Take the natural log again

2x/(e^x+1) L'hopital's rule

2/(e^x)

I think Im incorrectly taking the log of the function, but dont know what to do. Thank you for your help.

I did a U sub. of Sin(2x), and du=cos2x. I seperated the function into (cos(2x)^2)(Cos(2x). Used an identity to get ((1-sin(2x)^2)^2)(cos(2x)dx). Substituted to get the int. ((1-u^2)^2)du, which expands to int.(U^4)-2(u^2)+1du. Integrated indevitually and resubstituted to get (Sin(2x)^5)/5 - (2sin(2x)^3)/3 + sin2x + C.

I made a U substitutiong of u = lnx and du= 1/x I then had the integral of U^-3. I took the antiderivative of that and got -(U^2)/2, which then equaled -1/2u. After expanding I got -1/(2(ln(x)^2) + C. I am just checking my work because I got this wrong on my test.

I have asked different tutors how to awnser the problem, but we have all come to different awnsers. They are (1) (x+8)*ln(x+8)-x, (2) ln(8+x)*(8+x)-8-x, (3) ln(8+x)*x-x+8*ln(8+x).

My company uses a machine to shrink wrap returned product, when this happens the plastick is melted at the ends and a plast smell is sent into the air. The station is on a table in the open, but isnt ventilated. Does this present a possible health risk to I or other employees who are pregnant, no warning signs are present on the device.

Hello and thank you for helping. Basically I'm a big fan of anime in general and was hoping for some reccomendations to push me in the right direction. Now to give you a hint as to what I am looking for the type of animes that I enjoy would be Berserk, Gnatz, Escaflowne, Outlaw Star. So I I like both Sci-fi, fantasy, and contemperary settings. Im interested in mature manga, they dont need to have gratuidous nudity or violence, but if thats what is nessesary to move the story forward then its all the better if it can handle it without beating around the bush about the subject. So far ive been looking at Vagabond, Blade of the Immortal, and Claymore.

Well I have had this problem for my 360 since live 1st came out on the xbox, but recently its been terrible. While playing Halo 3 my screen goes black, and thats the match for 15 min. I know my nat is moderate, but when I did a speed test, my connection rated 16000KPBS DL and 600KPBS UL, my ping was also 49 ms. I looked on the MS page for the required DL speed and UL speed and it says 256/56. So I just dont get it.
