  • How to calm down after an earthquake?

    There was a huge jolting earthquake an hour ago, and my leg hurts (not because anything fell, because of the jolt.)

    Anyway, I'm really scared and I don't want to get out of my bed in fear of another aftershock, I know it's stupid, but it really scared me.
