  • What would you do if you were in Partner 2's position?

A professional services firm has 3 general partners, each owning equal share. Partner 1 is the founding partner and is 73 years old. Partner 2 (you) is 42 years old and is the son of Partner 1. Partner 3 is unrelated, but was the fraternity brother and roommate of Partner 2 when they were in college and is also 42 years old. The partnership has worked well for 15 years, with all partners selling, performing the work, and sharing in the profits of the business. In the past year, Partner 1 has started working 4 days per week and this year wants to cut back to 3 days per week, but is not ready to retire and can’t afford full retirement. He feels that because he started the business, he deserves to continue to share equally in the profits. Partner 3 resents Partner 1 only working 60% as hard, but still sharing in 100% of the profits. Partner 2 (you) just wants everyone to get along. What are their options?

How would you go about this in a professional way?

Also a tip, no one can get fired.

  • How to crack WEP keys for wireless networks?

Does anybody know how to crack WEP keys for wireless networks? I'm staying at my uncle’s house for four weeks at Memphis and don't have access to the internet, so the logical thing for me to do would be use their internet right? Well that's where the problem is, my cousin is relaxing in the Cayman Islands....ya can't believe it either...anyway he's there but at this house he has setup up a WEP encrypted wireless network (thank God he didn't use WPA), but didn't leave me the key (I guess he didn't know I was coming) and all the desktop computers connected to the internet at this house are password protected at Window's login and no one knows those except my cousin, which I don't get because how does my uncle and aunt use the internet. And another downside is that I have no way to reach him in the Caymans and simply ask him. However, I did find one of those Dell GX Series that was open and had a Wireless adapter inserted probably on one of the PCI slots at the house plus my laptop which both detected the network but need the key obviously. So I was thinking of a way to crack the key and surf the net (and play WOW) during this long stay rather than watch TV all day, plus surfing the internet passes by time, which is something you might be doing. :)

So the thing I'm asking is does anybody know how to, I know it’s been done using software such as AirCrack, AirSnort and whatnot, but what would be a simple step by step way to do it? I've briefly read forums that this is not a simple task but I know with the right software and a tutorial I could do it. So would you please help me out because I posted this question on a Itouch (took me forever) using Wi-Fi from a McDonalds so you can see I am desperate. Please give me links or directions on what to do.

  • Why would you pay 30k for a Lexus when you can get the same car- a Toyota for way cheaper?

What is the deal? Toyota and Lexus both use the same cheap quality parts, just because Lexus reputation is so high as a luxury car doesn't make it better than other luxury cars. For example an Infiniti M45 or an Audi's a typically around the same price as Lexus's and they use way better parts.
