Lose 10-15 lbs by November 30th.?
Hi everyone, I am naturally a good weight and all, but would be perfect if I could just lose 10-15 lbs. I would like to lose it by Nov 30, which is my 7th wedding anniversary. Please any ideas on any healthy diets to try.. also, I don't have time to go to a gym.. I do have wii fit, Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and the firm. Any help as to how I can lose that much and firm up by Nov 30 would be wonderful. Thank you all.

I have two toddlers so I can not go outside running or anything in this cold weather. I do not have a treadmill. I am happy with my weight, I do not need to lose anymore. I just want to tone everything and make it tighter. Please give me some exercises or dvd's or something that you have done and were successful with. Thanks!!

I am having an abdominal hysterectomy on Jan 6. They will be taking my uterus and cervix and will be leaving my ovaries. I have had 2 c-sections and the doctor says the recovery is like that, but worse because you don't have a new baby to help you get through. Can anyone give me any tips for post op? Or what things I should take to the hospital that I might forget and would be helpful to have? Any info would be great! Thanks!

I am 24 years old. I weigh 125 and am 5'5". I have had 2 children and both by c-section. I am not happy with my stretch marks or loose skin. I would like to lose another 10 lbs or so. I did a 1200 calorie diet for 6-7 weeks and lost about 15 lbs, but I am having a hard time sticking to it again. What kind of exercises can I do that will burn a lot of calories, tighten my skin and be fun? My children are 2 and 3 so that's not a problem to work around, but I can't do anything outside right now since it is Winter and too cold to take them out. Also, what diets worked for you and were easy to stick with? I will be having a hysterectomy on Jan 6 so I would like to get in as much shape as I can beforehand and will just make sure to eat healthy after my surgery. I appreciate all answers!!
