I like to play the lottery but apparently Mobil gas stations will only accept cash to buy the tickets. They printed my tickets and then told me cash only. I did not have any so she made me buy something to get cash back which is ridiculous since I have to enter my pin for my debit card to get cash back in the first place. Am I getting scammed into buying something?

I am moving from Arizona to Colorado in September and need to have a job lined up before I arrive. I have experience selling cars, working in the restaurant business and currently own my own pool cleaning company. I am open to most opportunities.
