I'm a FIRST TIME HOME BUYER, 69 years old, retired and interested in buying a small condo.

When I go out to eat with friends, it seems they "expect" me to offer them a taste of the food from my plate. They call it "sharing." Actually, I'd rather order a 2nd helping for them to try, but that does not seem to give the same satisfaction. What's the issue here? I really like to understand.
