While using a weight vest makes me feel sick, what's going on?
I'm 5'7", 122#. I've been wearing a weighted vest during light cardio but after barely 30 minutes I begin to feel my head pound, and I feel nauseous. The feeling goes away after I take off the vest.
Is it possible the vest shoulder pieces are putting pressure on nerves or blood vessles in a way to make me feel like that? The best is barely 20 pounds and does not make me tired. Am I wearing it too long, maybe? Thank you!
