I was pulled over and got charged for DUI, I refused breath test at the scene before arrest, but I did other field tests, police report said I failed them all, which is not true, I was standing solid like a marine, focused, I mentioned my broken toe and was unable to walk on my foot for 3 weeks before the arrest and even now it still not completely healed, I also have a couple teeth abscess, I admitted consuming alcohol, 2 drinks 4 hours before. police report said he turned audio on after he checked my license and insurance, no recording before stepping out of car, he mention having hard time pulling wallet which was not recorded and wasnt even true, i was completely in control physicaly, no police video to the scene. After arrest he declared i refused BAC which is not true either, I blew in the machine, no recording to that either. anyways, 1 hr 30mins later from the time I got pulled over I blew 0.071 BAC, officer was gone by then, few mins later, they released me. I wanna fight the case, cuz i believe i past the field test, and i also blew in the machine after arrest. this is my first conviction ever, police officer didnt mention he was asking me over and over and over to do breath test at the scene but since it is not required for me to do so i refused it, but i blew after arrest which counts. help, i request DMV hearing, how can i get license suspension dismissed at DMV and how can I fight this at court, I pulled over in a private company parking lot that has security cameras, that can proove my physical movements,

well here is my story, my tooth hurted me first time 6 years ago, and hurts only once in a while, i never got it checked or fix cuz i was BROKE, and 3 years ago, I filled it, dr said it was a cavity, but about 6 months ago, the filling fell apart, and a bit of my tooth broke, and there is a hole in there now, i checked after, and dr said i have to have a rooth canal and then two other things or pull it out, i waited and waited after that in case i save money but i never did, and now, it HURTSSSS, and for the first time ever to swell, for about 24 hours now, im scheduled to have it pulled tomorrow, actually the pain is way up higher than the actual tooth, im scared now if there is any infection or something, cuz the pain is going up now, my only reason i never got it done right away, is beacuse of the damn money, i never saved enough, please give me suggestions and tell me what you think, I appreciate it
