I know it's my choice so don't tell me that. Getting a bass will open more doors to get in bands and all that while a new electric guitar with a new amp will make me a better sounding guitarist. I already have an electric guitar and a crappy squire amp.

haha so i have a group of friends. However, it seems they dont like me very much as they dont invite me to hang with them. ( i knew them for about 4 years) This is fine with me because i think they are a little boring. I want to change my group of friends to people who are a little more appreciative. How should i enter a new group of friends i am only semi friends with? (I want to increase my friendship with these people), should i attempt to make up my own circle of friends? It is quite clear that my old group of friends dont really wanna spend time with me. Should i distance myself away and slowly fade from their group or go out with a bang? or should i just do nothing and remain a not so happy camper? I prefer not being a not so happy camper ( happy camper)

Also what do you guys think about physcadelic music? Do you like it? If so who are your favorite artists and what would you want physcadelic music to be like in the future? (next 5-10 years) If not then why? What do you like?

So usually the kids of family friends are forced to hang out with each other at social gatherings, kids are forced to go to. However, i was wondering if after highschool or when they arent forced to hang out or go to these gatherings, would they still call or hang out with each other. I know a couple kids since birth and they are family friends. I am forced to meet them ar social gatherings, but i like them. Recently, we were taking about things we would do after highschool, and then one of my "close friends" mentioned that he wouldnt even keep in contact with us, after he has the power to aviod these social gatherings. I knew him since birth ( i said that already i know) and im skeptical that he can just let the freindship die. Do you guys abandon your family friends if you have the power to?

I think my amp is dying. My cable still works but theres a cackling sound. It could be the guitar, amp, or cable. As i try to play, the sound gets weaker and weaker. This is a small squire amp that i got with my first guitar, 1 year and a half back.

So after my first guitar wire, i bought a second guitar wire. This was a livewire 18 ft (supposed to last a lifetime....) It broke in two months. Then a traded it in for another one which broke in two weeks, after making a crackling sound on and off. So i got another one. Now this one is making the stupid cackling sound!!!! I must be doing something wrong..... BUT WHAT??? This is so annoying!!!

So i was in the gym locker room and i was talking to my friend. A boy who is a grade above me was listening to my conversation. I must have said the word "sex offender" in the conversation. He overheard this and started calling me a sex offender. I just took this as a joke thinking it would go away. However, he kept on calling me a sex offender and rapist in the days that followed. He even said it to me at lunch while his friends were hearing. So then one of his friends came up and called me sex offender too in the hallways. I dont want this to continue. What should i do? Im not afraid of confronting him about the situation.
