I am a student (and will remain a student), and was let go from my part-time job yesterday. I was working 25 hours a week, including nights and weekends, and attending school during the daytime. I am now currently available to accept part-time work in the same context as my last job.

Will my unemployment benefits be "normal" (ie - how they're laid out in the benefit chart) since I am available to accept work in the same context as my old job? Since it was a grocery store, I guess I would also technically be available to accept full-time work, although that would not be ideal.

Lastly, how does my status as a student affect things? I read something about taking your claim form to your registrar's office and having them sign off on it which makes you exempt from job searching and/or being available full time. What's that about?

My husband had a molar extracted in order to have a bridge put in, but in between the extraction and the scheduled appointment to put the bridge in, he lost his job and we lost our insurance. We have new jobs now but might not have insurance for another six months.

My question is, how long can he wait to have the bridge put in? The dentist didn't answer our question very clearly - he said something about "do it as soon as you can because the teeth could shift" but didn't tell us any sort of actual, tangible time frame, nor did he tell us what could happen if we wait too long.

My fiance and I are having a very small "budget" honeymoon this weekend after our wedding. We're staying at a hotel in San Jose, and I called to ask them about all the extras they could add to their room, but it pretty much stops at a bottle of champagne. Are there any companies who could come in and decorate our room for us? Or deliver something to us? Or something like that? I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking for, but I do want our night at the hotel to be more special than just a bottle of champagne.

Changing my name after our wedding seems like kind of a pain in the butt, and I've seen quite a few bridal name change kits online. Are they worth it? Which one is the best one for its cost?

My fiancee and I want to get married on the beach in Monterey, Half Moon Bay, San Francisco, or wherever is the most cost-effective next month.

We want it to be personal (just the two of us) and VERY inexpensive because we are on a very strict budget.

Can anyone help us out with finding cheap venues, officiants, hotels to stay at afterwards, etc?
