My jobseekers adviser told me that next week i will pass to phase 3 but she didnt told me what was the third stage, said that only told me to next week.What is Phase 3? and if not please me that stage 3 what can I do?

1-The first letter i received from Jobseekers allowance says :This payment of JA is based on the amount the law says you need to live on.We call this income based Joobseekers allowance.The amounts apply from 12 August to 27 October,I asked the JA on 4 August like they said in the beguining of the letter but only received from 12 August and had to wait until 29 October for their decision.

2-Due to had a dentist intervention in the day before the Joobseekers allowance interview i couldnt sleep because of the pain,and i can prove i was sick because i have a paper from me dentist from the previous day, and i arrived 10 minutes late on Jobcenter ,in week earlier happened same thing i arrived 5 minutes later and had to sign a paper that i will not arrive late in the next week.But i tell them in the same day the reason why cant attend.

Someone said that On Income support i do NOT have to sign on every 2 weeks,but now after a reunion i need to sign weekly and was the week after the change of the signing date from 2 weeks to 1 week that i arrived 10 minutes late.

3-And now they have sent a decision that says :

Your claim for Jobseekers allowance

A change in your jobseekers allowance

We have looked at your claim again following a recent change.

We canot pay you jobseekers Allowance from 1 December 2010.

This is because we recently told you that a decision would be made about a doubt:

On whether you failed to attend an interview with an Employment Service Adviser.We have now decided that you failed to attend this interview and that you did not have sufficiently good reason for doing so.

We cannot award National Insurance Credits for this period

We cannot pay you Joobseekers allowance from 8 December.

We cannot pay you because you have not paid or been credited with enough class 1 National Insurance Contribuitions.But my claim is for Income Support so this dont apply on my case.

I will tomorrow to CAb but just need some advices ,1st is why i only start receiving in 29 October if i claim in 04 August,2nd after i saw some information i know that when someone dont sign on jobcenter but tell them why couldnt sign they dont cut the jobseekers allowance definetly,only about 1 weeks in first claim and 2 weeks after that.This is my first doubt and they cut me all JA??
