So I'm 13 and I recently got glasses for playing video games too much, I was searching up how to improve eyesight and I found eye excercises. I also found these no scope gaming glasses and gunnars gaming glasses. I wanted to also know if my normal glasses would improve eyesight because I'm 13.so do eye excercises really eork,and do gaming glasses really work,and do my normal glasses heal my vision if I play and use them. Please answer these three questions.

Ok,first I'm 13,with 5 feet height,and I'm not overweight or obese.the problem is I'm just fat. And I can't go outside because my mother is overprotective,so I need to stay at home,I'm 117 pounds,and over 125 is overweight for me.I just need home excersise that burns fat and caloriea,any tips?

I had stitches 2 years ago on my finger,cut it with a knife. A small part of my finger feels numb but it's not,but the pain feels different.and under the numb part it is inflated a bit,in that part when I touch it it feels like it's a vein and when I move it,it feels wierd,I can live this way,but its kind of a minor problem for me,it would help a lot if it's back to normal.plz help.

Look my brother blames me for every thing and he always hits me for no reason. I tell my mom that he does that she punishes him but it does not make a difference. He always cusses at me for things I did not do and when he is angry he takes it out all on me. He rages in a game breaks something and says it's my fault.
