How hard would it be for a person who has been found guilty from a jury and sent to prison for 15 to 30 years to get a retrial?

I accidently sent a picture to my friends house phone instead of her cell phone and her parents have a FAX throught there house phone line will they get the picture as a FAX?

okay i hurt my finger 8 days ago and whent to the hospitol and got xrays and that dr. said it was fractured but he was gunna send it to a radiologist and the radiologist also said it was fractured and to go to my normal dr. and she said it was fractured too and to go to an orthopedic and when she saw the same x rays she said it was not fractured. Who whould know more the orthopedic or the radiologist?

okay well to start ive had 4 utis in the last year and they all consisted of just pain durring and after i peed but the very last one i had i didnt get medicin for it i just kinda let it go away... But now like a month later i think i might have another one but this is so much worse... yesterday a had a really sharp pain where my kidney is and then today i whent pee and had that familer pain agsin but my pee smelled wiered but i didnt think much of it till i peed the 2nd time today a whole bunch of blood came out but i didnt hurt after as bad and i still have a really sharp pain where my kidney is... Could this be a kidney infection now? Could i get a kidney infection by not treating a uti?? plezz help anf i am going to the doctors in a few days
