I have a 2002 mits. lancer manual tranny. I have owned and driven it for about 10000 miles, and I have no idea when the last transmission service was performed. how much does it cost to have it flushed and refilled? and how do I know when I should do this? are there any warning signs that it needs to be done?

someone said online that while it may increase top end hp and torque, low end is actually reduced. anyone know if this is true? any personal testimony to disprove this?

2002 lancer doesn't have much power. I have heard about performance chips and wondered if they really do give you a noticeable boost in power, without reducing my fuel economy by more than a few miles to the gallon. well, do they? and if so, whats a good one to get? hopefully you can make a recommendation based of of personal experience.

what does it mean to file the heads of my engine? whats the advantage/effect?

The stock diameter is 2" on my integra. I am going to put a flowmaster muffler in for the sound, but I was talking with a dealer who suggested upsizing the piping to 2.5" or 2 and a quarter, cant remember which size he said. anyway I was just curious what affects this would have. And the new pipe would begin behind the cat, nothing forward of it

I have a 92 integra which is completely stock and i wanna get a little more umph out of it. I dont wanna spend tons of money however, so no turbos or anything of that nature. Im thinking high flow cats, mufflers, cold air intake/short ram intake. I just want to know the advatages and disadvantages of each system, how easy they are to install, and what kind of power increase I could expect

I am getting a 10" sub. uno. max power 400 watts. do I need an amp that is rated for 400 watts? what happens if i get one that is a 250 watts amp or somehting? will the sub still work? and how many channel amp do I need cause I want that cheapest one I can get. keep in mind that I don't want the sub to be crazy powerful. I just wanna little more bass.

what does it mean? if I got just one sub would I need a mono channel? why are the multi channels cheaper?

its her 17th b day and I am terrible at thinking of gifts. she likes movies and posters, and she is slightly crazy. in a good way of course, but it means that she would like a gift that was a little out of the ordinary for a girl. suggestions?
