Everytime I squat I get lower back pain the next day. Any help on why? I only squat 3/4 of my max weight now. I ask trainers to look if I squat properly and they all say yes.

My tattoo artist recommended me not run for 24-48 hours and not to play basketball for a whole week. Others say not to run for 1 week and not to play basketball for 2. I'm obviously going with what my artist recommended but I want to know what others did? Maybe they waited until it peeled instead of listening counting days.

A wifi provider came to our home last week and was unable to set up a cable for wifi due to tree branches. He only looked at our old cable wire that was on the tree branches and if I recall he never seen the other electrical post to the right because the electrical post was actually in the middle of all the condos and not in the alley. So I'm unsure of maybe he did see the other cable post but maybe that one leads to different cable providers or they all lead to the same thing?

Looking for a good modem and router for wifi. I was suggested netgear nighthawk has ac1900.. another person told me to get a google wifi ac1200.. not sure what the ac# is for
