I was running Rainbow Six on my HP m9000t with Vista Premium and started getting bad artifacts until the game froze. I powered down and restarted in Vista Safe Mode. Everything looked fine visually, but then when I restarted again in Normal Mode my entire screen was full of artifacts which prevented me from using my desktop which I set to 1600x1200 resolution.

What can I do to at least get back to a visible desktop in Normal Mode? I have a feeling there's a problem with my video card or PSU, but I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this problem.

I just removed my XFX sticker (the one with Alpha Dog) from my nVidia 8800 GT card. It makes sense that heat would dissipate much better without the sticker (it's very thick and not a very good conductor, plus it covers almost the entire cover.) Does anyone know if this will void my lifetime warranty with XFX?

The team has already clinched their division, and they let Sproles work the second half this week (who did pretty well). Would you still start LT week 16, even though they've already clinched?

My backup TE is Owen Daniels and he plays tonight, so I need to know whether I should start Daniels or I need to know that Gonzalez is definitely going to play Sunday. Any suggestions?

What are the Patriots scared they can't run up the score on the Colts. What is this taking knees and punting crap? They only run up the score on weaker teams? Are they scared?

I don't remember ever seeing the 49ers ever run up the score like that with all their starters. I've also never seem them go for it on 4th and 2 up 45-0. It inflates the numbers to make them look better than the other dynasties, but will anyone ever notice this later on in history?

I'd like to award the DeShawn Wynn the worst rookie of the year award. First he calls a timeout in a game for himself because he gets injured on the field, nevermind what the coach and the rest of the team thinks. Then he injures himself lifting weights before a big Monday night game that could propel him to stardom against the worst rushing defense in the league. He manages to start the game, but is taken out after 1 play for 1 yard and gives way to Ryan Grant the #4 RB on the team who manages to break off 100+ yards rushing.

Okay, yeah I started him on my fantasy team out of desperation and this is the reason why I'm ranting on about him, but seriously this guy is doing everything he can to lose a job in the NFL.
