So i burned my tongue drinking hot chocolate, really really badly.

There's no red patch or anything, and it's not even the tip, but it

hurts so badly that I can't eat anything, or drink anything but water.

I've already tried ce cubes, yogurt, and ice cream and nothing seems to be working

It's not the commercial with "how ya like me now?!" or the stuffed animals. All the song seems to say is "doo doo doo doo doo doo". I can't find the song anywhere!

He was sluggish for a couple days, would barely eat/move, but responded. In the past couple days, he has been making progress, moving/running, eating, barking, and everything. especially today he seemed just as fine as ever. however in the past 20 minutes he's had 2 [what i think are] seizures. it's too late to go to any vets as they are not open and i have no medicine at all. WHAT DO I DO?! please help. he's a dachshund mix and i about 5 years old. please please help.

What started out as a 16 year old's simple metaphor for death turned into a twisted, odd sort of poem. Enjoy? Tips are appreciated!

Spilled Milk

They always tell you not to cry

over spilled milk,

for better fortunes will follow,

and all will be okay.

But sometimes, when the cup is tipped over,

the situation does not just concern the dropped drink,

but the stain it leaves behind.

A ceramic, blue mug

placed on the utmost edge of the wooden coffee table appears stable,

at a quick glimpse.

Rested on old magazines and an exoskeleton of dust,

it teeters, but not enough to worry those in the surrounding area.

Out of the blue,

as if a spontaneous wind with the strength of an ox

crept from fiery depths of hell that is the ventilation system,

the cup is tipped like a cow, cascading like a pine tree in an

avalanche.

In the heat of the moment,

panic seizes precedence over aplomb.

some reach a hand out, others are frozen

in fear.

time slows down,

each millisecond elongating into a melancholy millennium

what seems like forever is actually just

a few seconds,

and despite every valiant effort made to salvage the beverage,

the cup finally smacks the floor with a piercing

clatter.

It shatters into a million, miniscule pieces,

and everyone stares

as the lifeless, suddenly purposeless liquid

seeps into the white carpet,

like tainted roots delving into a contaminated new soil,

becoming just another mess to clean up,

another hurdle to jump.

For some reason, it always hits harder than it should.

shock turns to rage, and then weakness.

Paper towels are dished out, and cleaning supplies are passed

as the cup’s owners fall to their knees and scrub the area

desperately hoping to erase the blemish.

However, milk does not disappear easily,

and on any given day,

when it rains extra hard,

each droplet with enough precision to make ticking on the glass sound like nails on a chalkboard,

or when the moon shines extraordinarily bright, enough to make the hounds howl,

the stain will reappear, revealing itself once more,

its distinct, creamy shade clashing with effervescence of the pure white carpet

and draw forth its original disappointment, a subtle, vitriolic reminder, of the ever-present, ever-lasting

Death.

At first it just didn't move down..then i tried pressing and rolling it like some forums suggested, but now it won't move up OR down. I've tried blowing into it and everything but nothing seems to work. It rolls fine, but doesn't relay that to screen movement i guess. The more i try rolling it, it seems to get like..legitimately stuck. Please help!
