it's summer and i got sick on Thursday yesterday nothing was wrong with me i was fine but i didn't feel fresh. Like apparently after you're sick you're supposed to feel better like fresh and can do anything. My symptoms were my throat hurt, It hurt to swallow. My head started pounding for 10 seconds every time i got up. and I still have my stuffy nose continuing from me being sick. I'm fine now i just have the stuffy nose but how do i get to the point where i feel fresh and everything? why don't i feel fresh? like i don't feel bad but i don't feel fresh

I don't know anyone going into this highschool. and orientation is coming. its when all grade 9's meet. theres gonna be so boring speech that this principal gives and then free lunch.... get to know your teachers.... that kinda stuff but what do i do? free lunch yeah okay where do i sit when that hapens???? idk anyone im not just gonna come up to someone and say hi can i sit here. i dont want to sound lonely im not good at making new friends please help me

okay so my mom is trying to lose weight just because she's 82 kilograms which means 180.7 pounds she wants to go to her dream weight will doing Pilates and wearing this help her lose weight. also she is stressing about problems. but it should at least show a little bit on the scale. My mom has been wearing it tighter and tighter each week since she's wearing it tighter and doing Pilates she should be losing weight but why doesn't it show on the scale?
