i had a c section 3 years ago and my stomach muscles have not joined back together which is leaving me a bump/pot belly. i know it is becasue of the c section as i am not fat and excercise daily my tummy muscles is solid muscle but just pot belly looking. i would like to know other than cosmetic surgery ( which i will not do) is there anything i can do ( dont say exercise i am very fit and active and my diet is healthy)

also if i fell pregnant again is it possible for my stomach walls to soften then after the birth, go back to being flat or will it automatically go back to being a pot belly.

i am not self conscious just curious... and i am not going to go out and get pregnant just for a flat stomach.. as i have mention i am just very curious what will happen 2nd pregnancy round?

i have a son called Xavier it is the only boys name i have ever LOVED i have a girls name which i also LOVE and wont change.

i think the name Xavier is Strong and unusual ( at least in scotland) if i have another boy i would need another strong unusal name it cant be too plain or too out there. i just cant find anything. what are your suggestions?

i have been told troy or ceasar or hayden etc as nice as they are they do not click as much as xavier did.. americans always have good names.

i am currently doing a BA in Childhood Practice and am struggling with the course work. i thought that it would be like childhood studies but it is not. i would like to get in touch with someone who has done it so that i could maybe get some pointers. i am wanting to complete my uni course so that i can give myself and my son a better future, please help

my baby is one now and does not show signs of walking yet how can i encourage him to walk? i have bought walkers and other toys that say they help, but he is only interested in crawling. he can balance himself for a good 8 secs but then just sits down again. other kids in his playschool that are the same age are walking and hes just not interested (i know every kid is different and its all about timeand he will walk when he is ready!) but can you give me any tips you used on your child.

i think i may have accedentally deleted my cd- rom. i have been trying to open a cd (i saved my essays in it!) in the 'my computer' section but my only options are floppy disk and dvd rom. but no cd rom icon at all. does anyone know how to fix this problem? thank you in advance.

i had a wee boy 14 weeks ago by emergency c section. i look skinny from the back but looking at me from the front i have a beer belly/ bump that makes me look 3months pregnant. i used to be 9 1/2 stones uk size 8-10 now im a 12. i am not weight concious at all, i dont think im fat i just want to know if there are and solutions how to achieve a flatter belly. i go to the gym 3 times a week and eat properly.

i have been looking everywhere for one and the shops are all out of stock nobody knows when they would get new stock in, so annoying.
