I need to get a document notarized so I can get a copy of my birth certificate. Problem is, I'm 16 and I'm not sure if I need to be an adult for it. Help anyone, please?

I've been trying to get my permit but my mother misplaced my birth certificate, so that's held me back from getting it. Now, I'm finally taking action to get this.

I recently downloaded GTA4 from steam, but its not exactly working. Once I get past the main menu and click to start the game, it'll ask if I want to sign in, I'll select no, and then the screen just goes blank. Sometimes the music plays and sometimes it doesnt.

How can I make this work?

I'm 15, and I want to live with my mother in California. As of now, I've been living with my dad in Oregon for about 8 years. I've been wanting to live with my mom in California for the past two years, and when I visit her this summer, I want that to happen, and stay there for the next two years for high school. I'm not sure how the custody is since they were never married.

Problem is, my mom has this thing on her record saying that she hit my sister when she was about 13 or 14. She got frustrated because my sister was doing drugs and other bad things, and still does to this day (she's 22 now). As I'm aware of, I may not be able to live with her because of this.

Is there any way I can live with her? What can I do? I love my mom, she's a good person, she's loving, caring, and I just want to be with her. She's missed out on so much of my life already, and I just want to be with her until I'm off to college. She's financially stable and can take care of me as well as my dad does, maybe better.

I hate living with my dad and step mom, and I just want it to change. I've been depressed for the past two years because of them, and I want it to stop.

I'm doing an essay on part of a story, and the moral of the story is basically not to punish or judge others based on what one person did. In the conclusion, I would like to tie in a real life situation where a group of people were punished because of what one person did, so it could kinda relate to the reader. Was there any major or famous cases where that happened?

Basically I have this thing on Paypal where it says I need to resolve some issues, and I need to provide proof of address and a photo ID.

Well, here's the thing. I can't provide a 'proof of address' because it wants a utility bill, and I can't provide ID because it either wants a drivers licence, military ID or passport.

I'm 15 years old, and I only use paypal because it's easier than entering my debt card number all the time when buying things online, like from eBay or other stores.

Is there any way to get around to 'resolve' them, or not? I obviously don't get utility bills, or have any of the photo IDs they request.

And if not, any other alternative?

At the end of the school year, I plan on living with my mom in California since I'm not exactly enjoying living with my dad anymore, in Oregon. Just personal reasons I don't feel like explaining.

Right now I'm a sophomore in high school. What I was wondering is, would my credits transfer okay? The problem is that the school I go to now, goes by trimesters. The high school I would go to when I move to California uses semesters.

So would my credits be alright? Would I have to be held back, or what? I've taken required courses and am in Honor's/AP classes, if that changes anything.

I pierced my cartilage about a two months ago ago. Sterilized everything, and used 16g surgical steel rings that had titanium anodized over them, and used a 16g hollow needle to pierce it. For the first month and a half, it was fine. I cleaned it twice a day with alcohol. Wasn't red, didn't hurt, didn't itch. Now, I'm starting to notice a little puss that's basically clearish-white. The piercing itself still doesn't hurt or itch or look red. Anyway, is it infected? If so, what should I do? Use something different to clean it with, check up with a piercer....? I just want it to heal up fine x.x

I use to have a JVC Everio GZ-MS230, but after a couple years, it stopped working. It's fine, I got a lot of good use out of it. Now, since I don't have that one, I need a new one.

I usually film concerts, so I would like a camcorder that has good audio quality, and is HD, and also needs to have the capability to take photos while filming. Good recording in low light would be appreciated as well.

I'd also like it to have around at least an hour and a half battery life, but if not, that's okay.

My budget would be around $350, maybe $400.

I was thinking about maybe a JVC Everio-E200, but I'd like some other opinions.

Lemme give some background info.

My parents are separated. I visit my mother every summer, Christmas, and spring break in California, while I live with my dad in Oregon. I arrived in Cali this past summer on June 14th, and a week later, I went to Vans Warped Tour. When I was there, I happened to meet this cool guy named Russell. Really sweet, nice, intelligent kid. After that event, we talked on Facebook a couple weeks, then went on our first 'date', I guess you could call it. Afterwards, we've only seen each other about 4 or 5 times, mainly because he was busy most days of the week doing his internship. Overall, we're just really into each other. My mom approves of him as well.

Ok, so now, this is my last few days in California. Russell decided he wanted to take me to his school dance on Friday at 7oclock pm. Then we decided I could just go to his house earlier and spend some time with him there, we could go out to dinner, then to the dance? Sounds ideal, right?

Well, here's the thing. Earlier this week, on Monday, I told my mom about what Russell wanted me to go to his school dance. She was completely okay with it, excited for me, even. She was asking what I was gonna wear, saying she could buy me a new outfit, saying how sweet it was of him to ask me, ect.

Now, on Wednesday, she pretty much changed her perspective on it entirely. She said she changed her mind, was saying a lot of stuff that was rude and overall, didn't make much sense. Later that evening. I wrote her a letter saying what I felt, since I can write better then I can speak. That changed her mind again. However, we could only hang out 4:30 until 10pm (the dance ends at 11, and that's when she was going to pick me up).

Okay, NOW, before she left to work, she said. "Y'know, I'm going to let you stay 7 until 10 instead. I'm not going to drive you to his house. I will drop you off at the dance and pick you up there.) I was in shock. I was thinking, why is she doing this? I was really upset, but I tried not to show it. I told her let's just talk about it in the morning

Ten minutes later, I kinda broke down with my feelings bottled up, and I called her on the phone, I tried to explain everything I felt, but she just wouldn't listen. I pointed out everything she's said this week, and her response is "I'm giving you too much freedom with that." Too much freedom? This woman let's Russell drive me on all of our dates, and let me spend the whole day (literally, the whole day) at a Music Festival. I got home at like 12:30am after that day, and she didn't mind one bit. Also, I've been to Russell's house before, and she was fine with it. His mom was there to supervise, but was chill and didn't hover over our every move, either.

Also, Russell and I are responsible. We've never had sex, we've never done anything inappropriate, we don't do drugs, drink, ect.

Overall, is my mom being unfair like I think she is, or am I just being upset? Is there any way I can change her mind again? This is really bothering me. I'm not a child anymore, and I'm sick of being treated like one now. I'm 15, he's 17. This is the last time we'll spend together until I fly down here 'till Christmas Break.

Please, do not give me any crap about our ages, or saying some ignorant comment. I just want some advice/help.

I'm a 15 year old girl, and I'm a virgin. Never had sex in my life.

Last night, I discovered two, small bumps on the bottom end of my vaginal opening. They are pretty much right next to each other. Last night when I squeezed them, some blood came out, and I cleaned them with an alcohol pad. Stung a pretty decent amount.

They are soft, not hard, I may add.

I'm pretty sure it's not a boil, since I've had one down there before, and it definitely doesn't feel like the one I use to have, lol. I got an opinion from my friend, and they thought they were pimples, but why would they be right next to each other? I don't know.

So, if you could tell me what this possibly is, that would help a lot! And, would it require medical attention? Thank you(:

This past week, I have been coughing quite a lot. A couple days ago, I had some really bad mucus, and it was hard to cough up. Now, it feels weird to breathe, and when I exhale, I usually cough every dozen breaths or so. The beginning of the week wasn't too bad, but now it feels like it's getting slightly worse. Today, when I was swimming, I felt slightly short of breath.

Did I get bronchitis or something from second hand smoke? I just don't really feel the same like I use to.

Along with the guest pass, I need a photo ID. Well, I don't have my school ID anymore, and that was the only thing with a photo on it. So, how could I get an ID of some sort with a photo on it?

I honestly think my mom's smoking habits are affecting me now, and it really bugs me, but I don't know for sure if that's the problem, or something else.

My facebook chat keeps randomly disconnecting, and it's getting kinda annoying. My internet connection is fine, but every thirty seconds or so, the facebook chat disconnects, attempts to reconnect, then doesn't. It works fine on mobile, but whenever I go on my laptop or desktop computer, it disconnects.

So, how can I fix the chat from disconnecting for no reason?

I use Google Chrome, by the way, but it didn't work, so I tried Internet Explorer, and that didn't work either.

My boyfriend says it can be from not washing that certain area, but I feel like there could be more/other different reasons why they form? Thank you c:
