  • Miralax....safe for everday use?

    My doctor recommended that I start useing Miralax to regulate my bowels ( there is currently 3-4 days between BM's, resulting in major constipation, has been going on for abt a year) He said It is safe to take it everyday, for the rest of my life if i want. So i picked up a bottle yesterday, and the instructions on the bottle says not to take for longer than 7 days!

    Who should i trust and listen to, the Dr. or the bottle??? Does anyone us Miralax on a regular basis??
