I have not ran in a while and today on my treadmill I ran 1 mile in 10 minutes 😂 it s not that good but I m a beginner and I want to score an AVERAGE time for a 1600 in 2 months, will I have enough time?? How long should I run a day.

My windows 7 vista wont do anything its a piece of junk i want to restore the whole thing and make it a brand new computer but i cant because i dont have any discs that came with my computer. Whenever i start it up it says windows startup repair and looking for the problem then in tries fixing about an hour later and when it says that it says startup repair failed to fix and then it says to shut down so basically im screwed. Is there any way to bypass this and somehow do anything? I just want to delete everything on this computer.

I got the ios 7 jailbreak and I have ipad mini 1st generation and apps that you have to go into settings to enable don't show up in settings for me! I have ios 7.0.4 and I have mobile substrate and latest firmware of my tweaks etc... Does anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

I have no idea what just happened to me today but I have animal crossing new leaf downloaded to my 3ds and I went on today to install the new update for the streetpass mini games and I went back to my 3ds menu and animal crossing was gone!!! I can't find it anywhere! The data is gone, the game is gone, and the worst is, on the eshop when I clicked on the game to redownload it, it said to purchase it again!!! I had a perfect town on it and everything! I don't know what happened! Can someone please help?!

Tonight I went on xbox and xbox live was down I understand that but later on I started to get a bunch of emails on my ipad from xbox live purchases and there were 53 purchases of 1600 points! Luckily, only 1 of them went through but I'm confused because I have an old credit card in there that was cancelled and it was charged! Anyway, so I hurried and I got onto my xbox and tried signing in and it said I have the wrong information! So I quickly changed my password and it worked. But, the hacker didnt do anything to my account but they bought a modern warfare 2 map pack and some other blitz things but I am worried about this and wondering if this is going to happen again. I'm going to contact xbox soon and tell them but first I want advice from you. I'm clueless and I have never contacted xbox services before

Today when I woke up, I got this really sharp pain in my ear for about 3 seconds and it has been on and off throughout the day.

About 1 month ago, I saw a spider in a bubble on the edge of my ceiling in my bathroom. It was small and brown and it was a small bubble. I don't know why I didn't kill it but its been there for a few months and I looked today and it was gone! So recently, I went to my bedroom and I saw the same one on the edge of my ceiling!!! I don't know what is going on but the spider is gone now I just checked and I don't know if it will come back but I'm going to try to kill it when it comes back and try to do something but the point is, is this spider laying eggs in my house???

I was thinking of getting a hard drive for my xbox 360 4gb slim but the top of the xbox didn't have an opening/slot to put it in and I'm not taking my xbox apart to put it in so I heard that I have an old xbox and I need a special hard drive but if nothing works I could just get a USB flash drive with a lot of space on it.
