I have 3phase electric motor which i am running at 380 v 60hz it is making whinning sound i changed bearings checked fan even removed the fan checked it without it for alittle while but the sound still there now i am thinking about frequency it is a euorpian made name plate says 60 hz but i think there is some thing wrong which i cannot determin ,back to freuency thing i suspect a 50hz with wrong name plate information ,will 50 hz motor running at 60 hz supply make such noise

We booked &prepaid a hotel in the us ,from early morning we heard noize of renovation & construcion noize in the upper floor

Is it the hotel right to do so without informing guists at booking time

I was traveling with two diffrent airlines with two booking numbers

I allowed my self six hours in case there a delay

The first airline delayed for more than that i was a no show for the second air line whom they canceled my ticket both ways i paid 800$ to buy that ticket again

I filed a complain with the first airline they replied no to paying for the ticket they caused me to loose

What can i do ,are they legaly resposible

Well I have this business of A/C maint &installation for 20 years ,when I started i was full of hope for a growing business ,I put too much hours but business has survived ,I am not paying ,but the profit is very low compared to the effort & responsibility . I was in my thirties at the start now in mid fifties

I tried very hard &that one reason it still running

I have many thought to call it off ,My wife thinks that I will regret if I do so

Iam retired from engineering job ,the duties of the business is making me busy but on the other side stopping me from the full freedom of retirement

I need some advice on that please?

Is it only the hourly pay ,do they get a paid weekends after working for 5 days & paid yearly vacation ?

If they work for years are they entitled to end of service benefit ?

Can they be fired any time ?

My Lincoln town car 2003 a/c compressor will not start working as i start a/c ,some times it takes up to 10 min to go ,ones it starts cooling is good with no problem
