Obama continues to milk the Sandy Hook tragedy for political gain, giving victims', families rides on Air Force 1 for photo ops in front of Congress. One Sandy Hook mom gets to read Obama's teleprompter during the weekly radio address. And even Hollywood has shamelessly written a Sandy Hook inspired plot into an episode of Glee, to stimulate sales of the sponsor's products.

Given the Democrats' well established traditions of allowing voting by legally unqualified voters (children in this case) as well as dead people (e.g. Sandy Hook victims), has it been decided yet which Democrats they will vote for during the Congressional primaries?

Nobody, including her thinks it will pass the Senate, let alone the House.

Since she has all but admitted her AR-15 ban is going to get shot down like skeet at Camp David, I can't figure out a motive for submitting it to the Senate other can keeping her face and name in the public consciousness. And for what, other than a Presidential run.

Hasn't that idiot had enough time in office to figure out just WHY China is overtaking the US economy? Was he so stoned in college that he didn't see US industry shutting down and relocating to China precisely because of onerous environmental regs? Like the ones he is now going to cram down the throats of US industry?

A typical goal of Cash For Clunkers was to get people to trade in gas guzzlers for eco friendly, sustainable cars like the Toyota Prius. And now that the latter is proving to be something between unreliable and a deathtrap, shouldn't Obama make good by buying up all the Priuses from people who promise to buy a new safe, reliable car from Government Motors? Like the Cadillac Escalade, for example?

Where Obama is Captain Ahab, the health care (sic) bill is the Great White Whale and the Democratic majority in Congress is the crew of the Pequot?

FOX news just said that officials will sound the evacuation order at 11AM EST. Will Hawaiians take the order seriously and head for higher ground?

Rather than how he "should" be punished or penalized, I want to know exactly how you think he WILL be punished.

Lets just say I live in a red state where we don't have curling in K-12.

Every time they slide one of those curling irons down the lane, I hear a lot of jeering or catcalls, and I almost think its coming from the opposite team rather than the spectators (who I would actually expect to misbehave that way).

The USA Network has suspended their usual reruns of NCIS , House, SVU etc. in favor of the curling competition at the Olympics today, and I've scarcely been able to tear myself away from the TV to make lunch or go to the bathroom, lest I miss a single thrilling moment of the event. Is it because Obama is a basketball man?

After just a single year in office, 0bama is already politically impotent and unable to get major legislation thru a Congress chaired by his own party.

Looks like Mayor Bloomberg dumped a lot of rain on 0bama's plan to try George W. Bush by proxy within sight of the latter's "we hear you!!" exclamation after 9/11:

"The investment that the department would have to make ... and the details of the plan itself, how it would've impacted the traffic in lower Manhattan," he told reporters Friday. "That was the first time they heard it in one fell swoop, so to speak, and it raised their concerns."

Osama bin Laden's last message was specifically addressed to Obama. But did Obama even refer to terrorism, or just the "jobs" smokescreen to avoid addressing the failure of Obamacare to pass Congress?

Is Harry Reid afraid the cameras will be aimed at Brown instead of Obama tonight?

Now that Osama bin Laden is communicating directly with Obama in his latest MP3 release, he made it clear that terrorism is going to continue as long as we support Israel.

I was thinking that in these final few hours before 0bama makes good on his order to close Gitmo, he could sneak in some last minute "enhanced interrogation" before the detainees are flown home to Yemen to enroll in the next class in Airline Terrorism.

I only wish he and some of his friends in Hollywood could help me out in my local elections. I have absolutely no idea on how to vote next month on some upcoming bond issues. Plus we have midterms next fall.
