Is it legal for an employer to send a part time employee home early against their will? If the management asked a shift lead to send someone home could they basically force someone to go home a hour or two earlier than scheduled? Especially if the employee wants to stay the whole shift?

I need very detailed instructions on how to install an amplifier for a set of 12" subs. I still have the stock radio that came with the car and I have a switch for it to pass through so i can turn it off when I am not running the car. diagrams would help too. I would prefer not to fry my cars electrical system or myself trying to install it again. thanks.

If you took a syringe with air in it and inserted it into your arm and pushed the air out, could it really kill you? I've also heard that it is very painful... is that true to?

I was watching the omen the other day and I remembered the part where the mother is laying in the hospital and the nurse comes to visit. She sticks a needle in her IV and puts the air in the needle into the IV. Could that really kill some one? if so could it not be detected by some kind of device or would it look like a heart attack or something???

Here is a description for anyone who knows anything about insects: length is 11/16 in., width is 3/16 in., black, brown, and tan coloration, brown wings with tan circles on them, and it appears to have a needle coming from the lower part of the head thats about 1/8 in. long. I was bit or stung 5 mins. ago, 3 direct insertion in the back of the leg just below my quads. When I was stung an immense burning sensation occured and swelling and inflammatory response occured shortly after. If anyone know a website or can tell me what this insect is please tell me. Thanks.

I'm having problems trying to get onto xbox live from my house with my 360. I know you go to Setting>Edit Network settings> but then when I get there I see where the wireless network is but ti won't let me go to it. This has also happened with my friends laptop when he brought it over. The router isn't for the 360 but it is a gaming router and has worked at a friends house before. I've tested the connection of the router and the light shows green for wireless connection but then blinks off. I don't know of any other details to put so can someone please help me out with this?!?

I'm trying to connect my Xbox 360 with a wireless router to my network but it won't let me due to the fact I have a password on the network. Does someone know what to do to bypass this and get me on xbox live? The wireless router isn't for the 360 but it works and I know I'm connected to the 360, but everytime I run the test on the router the wireless signal shows up but then blinks off. How do I put the password on my 360 to get me to run xboxlive???

I have a Epiphone Les Paul Studio and I noticed yesterday that the back of it has a ton of scratches on it from my belts that I wear. Where is the cheapest but best place I could send it and how much could I expect it to cost? It's black with pearl hard wear. Also is there something I could put on it that could easily be removed to prevent it from happening again?

My girlfriend is always complaining about how pail she is (before anyone asks or makes a rude statement, yes I disagree with her) and is not very confident because of it. She's tried a tanning bed but it breaks out her chest and makes her itch really bad. She'll try to sun outside but she's scared of bees and theyre supposedly all around her while she's laying out. Any advice I could pass to her to help her to get a better tan?

You're an arrow, like a pointer, and your weaving through bricks standing up like dominoes. In the first level the bricks are orange, red, and yellow, on the second the background turns black and the bricks are black with green outlines, then the next level the bricks turn pink, I think. Then it starts over at the first color but your going really fast. It's on the internet and I've tried googling different names but I can't find it. If you find please post a link. Thanks.

Ok, lets say you have a reflective surface such as a mirror. You take a LIGHTsaber and point it at the mirror. Would the light saber bend to the reflection in the mirror or would it pierce through the mirror??? I mean it's a LIGHTsaber and light reflects so would it???
