It is due tomorrow and I can't remember how to do this.

I am very interested in a girl on my school bus. She has a boyfriend, but we still flirt with each other. Her boyfriend lives really far away and they only see each other about once a month. I wanted to know if I should ask her out and how to ask out a girl with a boyfriend.
