So i've been wanting to learn piano and the best i could afford at any rate was a casio wk-7500 semi-weighted keyboard (http://www.amazon.co.uk/CASIO-WK-7500K5-Casio-WK-7... i've been making good progress and everything but i'm worried that it won't perhaps have me practice the proper techniques and temperament at which to strike the keys; it is undeniably better then the completely un-weighted keyboards i've managed to play in the past but still; and i don't have any access to any superior piano or even keyboard at all, nor will i be able to afford a new one for a long time; and when i do, i don't want to have to spend days re-training all of my muscles and learning and practicing all of my scales and everything all over again (trying to sustain a single level of attack).

What do you think?

The strangest thing is, some were apparently visited at times my pc was turned off; the most distinctive being the oakleugisy one which said i was on it at 20 to 4 in the morning when i know for a fact the pc was turned off right next to me at that time, what is going on?

Ive recently made several videos on youtube using fraps to record and movie maker to compress and upload the videos, however ive now made a really good 11 min video and when im saving the file (I don't know what this proccess is doing as ive already saved this work) it stops at sometime between 10% and 20% and crashes when i try to close it, this is incredibly annoying as this is probably the best video ive done and i really want to upload it, any help?

Im just going to state and explain my opinion and you can too:

*Most of the time they refuse to buy games that are not similar to call of duty, and when complaining about them they always compare it to Cod.

*To expand on the last point they are generally shallow minded.

*They are probably the most homophobic fanboys ever, using gay as an insult for everything, eg; Gaylo Reach, the old call of duty's are gay, WW2 is gay...

*They are also probably the most foul mouthed and angry fanboys, you could literally join a chatroom on xbox live right now and 50% would be.

*They useally are thick and have little to no knowlage on history or real warfare; Black operation fanboys can play BO 24/7 and still not know who fidel castro is, or what the capital of cuba or vietnam is, heck most of them think the USA invaded the soviet union during the cold war or vice-versa.

I could go on but i cant be bothered; i would also like to make sure you dont think im a battlefield or halo fanboy; i don't like halo (I used to) and ive never had the chance to play battlefield

I recently purchased rome total war gold edition and alexander expansion from steam but there are several problems:

1. The gold edition was meant to come with the barbarian invasion expansion but when i launch the gold edition it just launches normal rome; and i can't find anyway to access the expansion.

2. When i attempt to launch the alexander expansion it says something along the lines of "can't find key server" and closes.

Any help?

There is no way around getting windows 7 for my new computer and i actually am looking forward to trying it out, there is one problem however and that lies in the business of running old games on it.

A large amount of the games i want to play on this new "gaming" computer range from old (xp) and very old (dos) so i thought the simplest way to get around this is to download another, older operating system like xp, 98, 2000 or maybe something older but that is unlikely as i could just use dos-box for those really old games, so here are my questions:

1. If i were to download another OS, how would i access it?

2. Would my memory from windows 7 be on it (i.e word documents, games, software) and if not, is there anyway of trans fare it in emergencies?

3. I have 1tb of storage, would it fill alot of it? how much?

4. Would it cause any other problems such as slowing down my pc? (this is rather important considering its a gaming pc and even the slightest fps change matters alot)

5. Finally, what OS should i get? Xp is nearly the same price of 7 which is a bit to much (although i could still get it) and id rather not get a really old one.

Personaly i think there crap as it is a pain to read and access, most are black and white (which is retarded as its not like it costs more for colour when its a digital image?!), they pretty much ruin the point of buying a game (and not just downloading it), im pretty sure no one reads them as its easier to just look at the controls in-game, they don't include the access codes that are supposed to be on the back of the non-existant manual, they rip you off even more then before and thus make the ******** publisher more money... i could go on.

So what do you think of them?

p.s: Oh and just incase it is mentioned, creating "real" manuals doesnt waste paper, and its certainly not "saving the planet" as they could easily just plant some more trees.

How do you say the letter "shcha" or, as i like to call it, a W with a squiggly line on the end. I have a russian book and it says it is "shsh" or welSH SHeep whilst some other sources claim it is "shch" or welSH CHurches. Which is it?

Another thing is how do you say hello as my book claims it to be "Zdra-stvooy-tye" whilst other sources claim something else. I already know you can say "Priviet" as "Hi".

A few years ago my brother lived at my house and he had an xbox (not a 360). He played a few games on it and heres one i never found the name for. There are two memories and im not sure wherever there the same game or not. One involved a split screen game (me and my brother) were before the game you could customize the map from creating ponds and laying out vechiels to creating giant mountains (and no, this isnt halo). Then when we played the game i remember you could swin, use veichles and it seem to be set in modern times. The other memory was single player and it seemed to be the same setting. It was in a jungle and you could set out traps, theres little More i can remember. Oh! And its a fps!

Lets say you was rich, What are the best computer specs possible? Like what is the the best processor, motherboard, GPU, case, mouse ETC.

My opinion is:

If you have around £600-£4000 spare PC wins in every way as it has more games, better graphics, can do everything the consoles can do and much more, if your used to it the controls are better, looks better... the list goes on.

If you have under £600 then it depends on what games you like, if your really want a blu-ray player and dont already have one then PS3, if your getting live/psn then it depends on which has more of your friends on it.

So for me its PC, Xbox 360, PS3 in order. What is your opinion?

Does the virus " Vista security 2011" do anything exept pop-up all the time telling you to buy the security? Also, whenever i open windows defender the vista security thing pops up. So does this virus take your information or anything? Finally, can this spread to the pc im getting for christmas when i get it? And how do i prevent getting this in the future as it seems i got this by simply browsing the web as i hadnt downloaded anything i was only looking at some forums that i always look at?

If i have the right specs, can i run any game on windows 7 (xp, vista, 98 games) if i use its compatibility mode? (eg. windows xp for windows xp games?) and will it run like it would on that operating system?

Okay i know its a long time away (just under two thirds of a year) but at christmas i will get my first computer (well my first computer i can play games on) and I really can't wait. There is hundreds of games that i want to play (some that ive wanted to play for over 8 years) and there all on pc.

Call me sad but this is one of my biggest (realistic) dreams ive had, and all i have to do is wait until christmas.

Gaming is probably my main interest as the only sports i like i can't do (like boxing, as i don't want to join a club for reasons i can't be bothered to say), and i don't like "playing out" anymore (i found it boring). Oh yeah and im in school (that's rather important) and don't tell me to study as i already do this as i find it interesting but it hardly conceals my urgency to have this pc (haha).

So what can i do to pass the time?

The only reason i would get pro for is the xp mode. Alot of the games i want to play are xp games but im not sure if you need xp mode to play these or if you need it. Im on a pretty tight budget so even £60 (how much more it costs) is quite alot especially if i don't need it so should i get it (do i need it) or shouldn't i?

Im getting a pre-built gaming pc for christmas. I will be playing alot of games that vary in graphics, from old star wars games to crysis. I will not be holding alot of photos (exept maybe sprites for when i decide to take up game making but i could get another for that later on) But i will be using fraps or a similar program to record lets plays of games etc. to upload to youtube. I can choose from a 600GB 10000rpm model or a 2TB 7200rpm, which should i choose?

I could get either a 3GB GDDR5 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 590 (which is cheaper by £70) or the 1.5GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580. Whats the difference and which is better?
